		<description>Lois - I think this is a great list, and I really like you emphasize very high on your list service and support, and the whole &#039;post go-live&#039; experience.  Many HR purchasers underestimate that the service and support experience, the delivery of bug fixes, and the ease and frequency of upgrades and enhancements have more to do with the overall project that what goes on pre-sale and during implementation.  I would probably add a careful evaluation of the financial position and stability of the software vendor, in a fast-moving market, with lots of historical consolidation, you really want to exercise your due diligence before committing to a project of any financial significance.  But this is a great post, and definitely one I will share with my HR Technology classes.</description>
